The Valle of Pancarta where the ranch is located is surrounded by mountains of the primary period with edged and plain heights of strange beauty, with erosinated rocks with different shapes. These rocks form very important water containers that run down the valleys and in certain period of the year, they condense on their surface humidity from clouds.

On the other hand, these rocky spaces, on their constant degradation by the effect of the elements on soils are forming lands with high production and later drainage to foothills of sand, micro particles and other stony components that have produced since remote ages soils of different quality and formation, ones very deep and others fertile.

Soils

It is at the height of evolution due to the effect of the elements on soils of the upper rocks. We find poor, fragile and flat soils near to rocky formations and soils of Pampas (extensive plain) with large quantity of organic materials of muddy structure of foothills and terraces and dark soils with granular structure.
